Gillette Venus, a leading P&G India brand, offers innovative shaving products for women. Facing a key challenge from disparities in its packaging, rising competition, and increasing pressure to stand out on crowded shelves, the brand refreshed its packs to improve consistency, clarity, and visibility. This update aimed to strengthen appeal among young, urban consumers and reinforce Gillette Venus’s presence as a reliable at-home shaving solution in a highly competitive market.

Concept Note
The soft blue and teal colors make the design feel calm, clean, and gentle exactly what you’d want from a product made for sensitive skin. The shiny gel droplets make you think of smooth, easy shaving without tugging or dryness. The fresh aloe pieces instantly suggest soothing care and natural comfort. Together, everything in the design quietly says: this razor is made to be kind to your skin.

Concept Note
The concept is all about turning shaving into a soft, comforting self-care ritual rather than a rushed routine. Through gentle purple tones, creamy soap textures, and nourishing ingredients like avocado and flowers, the design makes the razor feel soothing, skin-loving, and indulgent. Everything from the colors to the bubbles and soft lighting works together to communicate comfort, care, and a smooth, pain-free experience.


Concept Note
The concept is about smooth movement and graceful control around curves, with a strong focus on fluidity. The satin-like background flows around the razor to visually mimic how it glides and adapts to the body. This silky texture makes the experience feel soft, premium, and effortless. Paired with the FlexiBall message, the design clearly shows a razor that follows every curve smoothly, without tugging or pain.

Concept Note
This pack is made for someone who likes things quick, cute, and low effort. They enjoy little moments of self-care but don’t want anything complicated or time-consuming. “Snap” fits their vibe, easy to open, easy to use, easy to carry. The playful colors, bubbles, and doodles match their fun, lighthearted personality, and the compact case feels like a beauty accessory they’d happily throw into their bag. It’s for someone who wants smooth skin without making a big deal out of it.

When we designed this range, we treated each of the four products like its own personality. Every pack talks to a different needs like sensitive skin, comfort, curves, and quick easy use just through how it looks. we used color to set the mood: blue for calm, soft purple for cozy, deep purple for curves, and bright playful tones for fun. Things like aloe, soap, bubbles, and satin textures do the talking instead of long text. Even though each pack feels different, they still look like they belong together as one Venus family.
